Refund Policy

This policy covers the Workshop Guide unlock ($9.99) purchased through Crankworthy, which gives you access for 183 days (about 6 months) from the date of purchase.

It's a single, one-time payment — not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically, no further charge is ever taken without you starting a new checkout, and there is nothing to cancel. So this page is only about refunds, not cancellations.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the Workshop Guide within 30 days of your purchase, email crankworthy2026@gmail.com with the email address you used to buy it, and we'll issue a full refund — no need to explain why, though we'd appreciate hearing what didn't work for you so we can improve it.

How refunds are processed

Since Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all Crankworthy purchases, refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Once we approve a refund request, it typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Your access to the Workshop Guide is removed once the refund is issued.

You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net, which handles all customer service inquiries related to billing and payment on our behalf.

When your 6-month access ends

At the end of the 183-day period the Workshop Guide locks again and your account returns to the free tier — the baseline assessment, upgrade selection, and compatibility verification stay available as always. This is not a cancellation or a failed payment: it's simply the end of the term you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

If you'd like continued access you can buy another 6-month term at any time from the Workshop Guide page. Buying a new term while your current one is still running adds the time to the end of it, so you never lose days you've already paid for.

After 30 days

We're not able to offer refunds for requests made more than 30 days after purchase, except where required by the law of your jurisdiction. Note that the 30-day refund window is shorter than the 183-day access period — reaching the end of your access period is not itself grounds for a refund, since the guide was available to you throughout.
